Who says you have to serve in relation to kids? Adults need other adults as much as kids need adults...or maybe even more.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34359942.post-12768010415311103942007-04-05T17:03:00.000-07:002007-04-05T17:03:00.000-07:00I don't know. But spiritual gifts do have the function of building the church. I happen to teach in real life...and I teach at church...but it's a different kind of teaching...and not for pay. The motivation is different and the result is different.
So, I think you should see how your skills might benefit your church in reference to spiritual growth (yours and others) and support for the church in any sense of the word... but active and distinct. Just pray and ask God about it. I bet He has something awesome He's just waiting for you to say, so what was it you wanted me to do here?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34359942.post-1866993582468836862007-04-05T07:36:00.000-07:002007-04-05T07:36:00.000-07:00Is being professionally good looking a spiritual g...Is being professionally good looking a spiritual gift? Ha! Ha! You're probably right. I've never even thought about "spiritual" gifts. I just figured that whatever I was good at in real life; I'd be good at in the spiritual realm. What do you think?Ann-Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17514049768979005799noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34359942.post-6618355785008081972007-04-04T20:04:00.000-07:002007-04-04T20:04:00.000-07:00Thanks for seeing good in me. I just started teaching Sunday School in February. I think that my gift from God the ability to teach. I had talked myself into believing that I could never serve God because I have been so wrong/wicked. But I've agreed, and God has blessed me so much.
I hope those in my class could say the same...
Anyway, I'll be praying for God to give you a measure of insight and a definite direction.
I hope to see you before 2014!
love
tobAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
